Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival – full refund
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival – first night charged
No-show – 100% of booking cost charged
Refunds: Processed via the original payment method within 14 working days
Payment: Can be made online during booking or upon arrival (depending on selected booking conditions)
